Dieting or Exercising, which is the fastest route to weight loss?

 Fitfam or Eatfam? This question is one of the most asked weight loss questions. Questions ranging from can  I just eat with exercises? Which one is better at making me lose weight? Dieting or Exercise, which is the fastest route to weight loss? 

 What really matters more for weight loss, muscle gain, bodybuilding or any form of fitness/exercise programs? is it what we consume or what we can do? 

Dieting or Exercising, which is the fastest route to weight loss? It’s rather easy to see dieting as an obvious pathway to achieving our individual wellness and ultimately weight loss. Unfortunately, that can’t hold forever. As the chance to fall back into old ways and habits is very high, gaining all weight already lost.

Does it mean exercising solves the problem? No, it doesn’t. Candidates are reported to have eaten more because they felt they had worked out enough to “cheat”. In a report made by sports scientists.

      Dieting is the regulation of food intake to improve one’s physical condition most often for the purpose of weight loss or a well-designed fitness program. Dieting goes beyond just calorie deficits.

There are many types of diets designed to achieve various individual goals, some of these diets include ;

     1. Paleo Diet: Also called natural eating is based on the theory that we should eat food eaten by our ancestors i.e mostly fresh food, be it fruits or even staple foods, this is because lots of diseases can be linked to western delicacies. This diet is effective for reducing the effects of heart diseases. 

      2. The vegan diet: More popular because of it’s a stance against animal cruelty, all that aside, it is very effective for weight loss.  Check more

 How does exercising help? Exercising, on the other hand, is a series of physical activities that helps to improve metabolism. A lot of people prefer to exercise because there are specific sets of exercises for each part of the body that makes focusing on losing weight in that area easier compared to dieting. 

People also prefer exercising because of the sweating factor which they believe helps to burn calories. After an intense workout out, an average person will start calculating the number of calories he or she has burnt. There are certain exercise challenges that will boost the fitness journey. 

       As for us, only a wellness plan consisting of both a balanced diet and an appropriate fitness/workout program would help you achieve your goals in the long run. At the end of the day, Dieting or Exercising, which is the fastest route to weight loss? The answer is there is no best diet, different diets work for different people. Pick what works for you while at that you can check the benefit of how long you sleep on your health.
